Un galard\u00f3n instituido en 2020 por la Junta de Gobierno del ICAB \u00abpara honrar la memoria de<strong>\u00a0Josep Joan Pint\u00f3 Ruiz\u00bb<\/strong>, quien fue decano del Colegio (1978-1982), acad\u00e9mico de n\u00famero de la Academia de Jurisprudencia y Legislaci\u00f3n de Catalu\u00f1a, vicepresidente del Consejo General de la Abogac\u00eda Espa\u00f1ola (CGAE) \u00aby un referente excepcional en el mundo de la abogac\u00eda, de la Justicia y para la sociedad\u00bb, fallecido en agosto de 2020.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.economistjurist.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/03\/emma-2.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n<p>El acto de entrega se ha celebrado por primera vez en el Palacetes Casades. En esta edici\u00f3n ha sido otorgado a la abogada\u00a0<strong>Emma Hakobyan<\/strong>\u00a0por su proyecto\u00a0<em>Cl\u00e1usula rebus sic stantibus.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>El ganador ha recibido el Premio de manos del decano del ICAB,\u00a0<strong>Jes\u00fas S\u00e1nchez<\/strong>, del consejero de Justicia y Calidad Democr\u00e1tica,\u00a0<strong>Ram\u00f3n Espadaler<\/strong>, y del delegado del Gobierno en Catalunya<strong>, Carlos Prieto<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>Este premio,\u00a0destinado a ayudar a la realizaci\u00f3n de un trabajo sobre un tema de Derecho Civil Catal\u00e1n por parte de abogados en ejercicio, est\u00e1 dotado con\u00a03.000 euros<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.economistjurist.es\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/2\/2025\/03\/emma-1-300x169.jpg\" \/><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>El Colegio de la Abogac\u00eda de Barcelona (ICAB) ha entregado el pasado viernes, 28 de febrero, el Premio Memorial Decano Jos\u00e9 Juan Pint\u00f3 Ruiz 2024.
